Why didn't I try this sooner?
Finally discovered a gem of a place! The host is exceptionally welcoming and truly goes above and beyond. Enjoyed a large, comfortable room with a powerful shower and fresh linens. The breakfast was a highlight with a delicious cooked to order full English! Looking forward to my next stay!

The cooked breakfast was hearty and hit the spot, definitely a solid perk of the stay. The on-site coffee machine in the lounge was a lifesaver, making it easy to grab a quick cup any time of day.
Getting to the place was a bit of a hassle with the entrance off a busy dual carriageway—you might miss it if you blink. Accessing the parking lot can feel risky due to the traffic, and the bathroom in my room had a hot tap that wouldn’t turn off properly. I also noticed a lack of room amenities. a kettle would’ve been nice instead of shared facilities. Plus, the external noise from the roads and nearby trains made it difficult to fully unwind, even though the rooms were generally quiet at night. It feels like the place could do with some upgrades on cleanliness and decor to keep it fresh—it was a bit dusty and needed a good scrub in some areas.

Exceptional breakfast and warm hospitality
Upon arrival, I was greeted by Jamie, whose warmth set a lovely tone for my stay. The breakfast was a standout, served freshly cooked to order and absolutely delicious.
One minor setback was the lack of tea and coffee-making facilities in the room. I found it slightly inconvenient to walk to the shared kitchen for my morning coffee.

The location is perfect for NEC events, just a short 10-minute drive away. The host is incredibly welcoming and offers fantastic breakfast options that are cooked to order. The rooms are clean and the communal areas, including a lovely lounge and outdoor garden, offer a cozy retreat after a busy day.
The bathroom could use a refresh as it felt a bit dated.

We had a fantastic stay with friends! The location is perfect for events at the NEC and the Santai Spa is a great option for relaxation. The host was super friendly and even accommodated our early breakfast request. Coffee was available all day, making it a cozy retreat.
One thing to note is that while the entrance isn’t hard to find, it could be better marked as it leads off a dual carriageway. Just be cautious when arriving.

The modern, spacious double room featured a huge, comfy bed and was very clean. Breakfast was a delightful highlight, with a hearty vegetarian option and homemade desserts that stood apart. Although the location was mostly quiet, the entrance could benefit from better signage due to its proximity to a busy road. Limited room amenities were noted, such as the absence of a kettle, which could enhance the experience. Parking felt secure, but my room faced the main road, leading to occasional noise disturbances.

I stayed in the Standard Single Room with Shower, and it was pretty spacious! The bed was comfortable, which is what you really need after a long day. The place was cozy and clean, and I liked having access to the lounge where I could grab coffee anytime. The hot shower was a nice touch too. Just a heads up, maybe bring your own snacks since the room didn't have a kettle or mini-fridge. But overall, a solid stay for a night!

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the huge comfortable bed and the delightful breakfast spread. Relaxing in the garden area was a perfect way to wind down. The lounge was cozy for some downtime with a book. Just a minor note, the bathroom could use a bit of a refresh, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊
